Positives:

• First contact with Luke was great
• Luke really cared about taking care of us
• He told us what was available and gave different options
• Luke gave great information about service warranty
• Communication was good up to day of install
• Installation crew really tried to take care of every detail
• Install crew did great
• Installation was performed professionally
• Install crew gave tips about AC.

Negatives:

• I had to install an extended concrete pad (that wasn't Krauss & Cranes fault).
• Time of install and communication on day of install wasn't good at all.
